Machine intelligence for the optimization of value creation networks (MOVE)

Digitalization is changing the way companies collaborate with partners, suppliers and customers. This results in an increasing number of global partners with complex and constantly changing relationships. These relationships can increasingly be mapped with digital data. Analyzing and managing such value creation networks, consisting of companies, partners, suppliers and customers, is a challenge for the industry.

In this project, value creation networks are to be digitally mapped and analyzed. The basis for this is the availability and processing of data within the company and the further development of artificial intelligence processes. This includes the appropriate mapping of the value creation network and available data sources. Pilot projects with companies are aimed at better assessing and forecasting sales, customer and partner requirements and delivery times in order to optimize value-added relationships.
