New member: IT specialist Arineo is not for sale thanks to its special corporate form
What if a company could never be sold and the employees determined the direction? This vision is a reality at Arineo GmbH. With its unique Employee Owned Company model, Arineo is setting new standards for sustainable entrepreneurship as an IT specialist and is now part of it’s OWL as a new core company.
A special corporate model: Employee Owned Company
Arineo GmbH pursues a unique concept of corporate governance. Since 2025, the company has belonged entirely to the workforce and is therefore not for sale. By being integrated into a foundation that is managed by the employees, the capital generated remains in the company.
This model enables Arineo to benefit from the advantages of a conventional company without being exposed to the risks and disadvantages of a traditional ownership model.
What does Arineo do?
Arineo GmbH accompanies medium-sized companies on the path to digitalization – from choosing the right combination of solutions and implementing them through to operation and support. The company relies on Microsoft and SAP technologies and supports its customers in the areas of digital transformation, ERP and CRM, customer experience, modern workplace and data analytics. It also uses the advantages of artificial intelligence, big data and IoT technologies and is also a partner of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research with two research projects on the development of artificial intelligence.
